A big thank you to the team, especially Kayleigh and Nick.

I realised at very short notice that my MOT was about to run out, and Kayleigh was incredibly helpful on the phone and managed to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately the car failed its MOT just as I was on my way to teach. Kayleigh and Nick went above and beyond and kindly lent me a car for two days while they sorted the repairs and got mine retested. I know that’s not something they normally do, so I was really grateful. It meant I didn’t have to cancel my lessons or let down my students.👍🏼

They fixed everything, the car passed its retest, and it’s running really well now. Everyone there was so friendly, supportive and genuinely kind — it made a stressful situation much easier.

I’ve already booked our camper van in for its MOT at the end of the month. I feel very confident leaving it in their hands. Fingers crossed it passes first time, as the car has already been quite an expensive outgoing this month!😬
